Giggle Factory provides balloon styling, event rentals, and DIY party kits. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time without notice.

Booking & Payments

A deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due prior to the event date. Payment is made via bank transfer (EFT) using the reference number on your invoice.

Cancellations & Refunds

Please refer to our Refund Policy for details on cancellations and refunds.

Liability

Giggle Factory is not liable for any damages or injuries resulting from the use of our products or services. Balloons can pose a choking hazard to children and pets; please supervise accordingly.

Governing Law
