What areas do you service?
We are currently based in Soweto and primarily service Soweto and nearby areas at a flat R300 delivery fee. Hosting your event further afield? Message us on WhatsApp and we'll give you a custom delivery quote.
How far in advance do I need to book?
We recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance to secure your date, especially for weekends. Last-minute bookings may be possible subject to availability — just WhatsApp us to check.
What is included in the 20-guest package?
The R3 000 launch package includes 20 chairs, 3 tables, 20 plates, gold cutlery (forks & knives), flower centrepieces, table cloths, candles & holders, table runners, glassware, a cabana tent, and white flooring. Delivery and setup fee is quoted separately based on your location.
Do you do custom themes and colours?
Absolutely — custom themes are our speciality. Share your colour palette, mood board, or inspiration and we'll build a setup that matches your vision perfectly.
What is your cancellation policy?
A 50% non-refundable deposit secures your date. Cancellations 14+ days before the event forfeit the deposit only. Cancellations 7–13 days prior are charged at 75% of the total, and less than 7 days at 100%. See our full Terms of Use for details.
How do I pay?
We accept EFT (bank transfer) and PayShap. A 50% deposit is required to confirm the booking, with the balance due 7 days before your event. Send proof of payment to hello@gigglefactorysa.co.za or via WhatsApp.
When do you arrive and how long does setup take?
We typically arrive 1–2 hours before your guests to set up. The exact arrival window depends on your package and venue — we'll confirm the timing with you when we finalise your booking. We also handle full pack-down after the event, so you don't have to worry about a thing.
