How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 2-3 weeks in advance for DIY kits and 4-6 weeks for custom styling or rentals to ensure availability.
Do you deliver?
Yes! We deliver our rentals and custom balloon installations throughout the greater Soweto and Gauteng area. Delivery fees are calculated based on distance.
How long do the balloons last?
Our air-filled balloon garlands can last for weeks indoors! Outdoor installations vary depending on weather conditions (heat, wind, etc.), but typically look their best for 1-2 days.
Are your balloons biodegradable?
Yes, we use high-quality, 100% natural latex balloons which are biodegradable and environmentally friendly.
How do I pay for my order?
Once you place an order you'll receive an invoice with our bank details and a unique reference. Pay via EFT — a 50% deposit secures your date, and the balance is due 3 days before your event.
