At Giggle Factory, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our products and services. Please review our refund policy below.

DIY Kits

We accept returns of unused, unopened DIY kits within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, minus shipping costs. Custom or personalised kits are non-refundable.

Set Up/Decor & Rentals

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date. Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the event may receive a partial refund of any additional payments made, at our discretion. Cancellations within 30 days of the event are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item in your DIY kit, please contact us immediately with photos. We will replace the item or issue a refund.

Processing Refunds

Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days of approval.
