Also Chat on WhatsApp →By booking any event decor or rental service with Giggle Factory ("we", "us", "our"), you ("the Client") agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. These terms constitute a binding agreement under South African law.
All quotations are valid for 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of issue. A booking is only confirmed once a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total quoted amount has been received and a booking confirmation has been issued by Giggle Factory in writing (email or WhatsApp).
All rental items (including but not limited to chairs, tables, glassware, linens, tent structures, flooring, centrepieces, balloon installations, and decorative props) remain the property of Giggle Factory at all times.
Giggle Factory cannot be held liable for damage to decorations or equipment due to adverse weather conditions (wind, rain, heat), lack of secure venue facilities, or third-party negligence. The Client is responsible for ensuring a suitable and secure venue.
Giggle Factory's liability is limited to the total amount paid for the service. We do not cover consequential damages, loss of enjoyment, or third-party claims arising from the event or our services.
All designs, themes, colour schemes, and styling concepts created for your event are intellectual property of Giggle Factory unless otherwise agreed. You may not reproduce or redistribute our work without written consent.
Giggle Factory may photograph or film your event for portfolio and marketing purposes unless you explicitly request otherwise in writing. By booking, you consent to this unless stated otherwise.
These terms may be updated at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or WhatsApp. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of South Africa and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Johannesburg.
